ROGER POIRIER, MSC

Roger Poirier is the Executive Director, Wireless Information Resource Center and President of RBP Associates. Mr. Poirier is the former President and CEO of the Ottawa-based Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA). The CWTA is the authority on wireless issues, developments and trends in Canada. It represents cellular, PCS, paging, fixed wireless, mobile radio and mobile satellite carriers as well as companies that develop and produce products and services for the industry. Through his leadership of the CWTA, Mr. Poirier is affiliated with the McLaughlin Centre on many projects including the EM-COM project and a health study on cellular telephones.
