The National Contaminants Program (NCP) has recently released a second
comprehensive evaluation (The Canadian Arctic Contaminants Assessment
Report - CACAR II) of the impact of contaminants such as PCPs, dioxins,
mercury and many others on biotic and abiotic environments in the
North.
